本季龙骨船竞赛信息通知:
赛事时间：2017年7月8日
赛事地点：上海美帆游艇俱乐部（青浦区金商公路588号）
参赛对象：具有龙骨船驾驶经验的帆船爱好者
01 竞赛规则
1.1比赛遵循国际帆联2017-2020国际帆船竞赛规则（RRS）所撰述的帆船竞赛规则
1.2需遵循俱乐部会员相关规则
1.3相关竞赛规则的更改和比赛的特殊要求，以7月8日船长会议告知为准。
1.4因规则语言版本引起的争议，则以中文版本内容为主。
1.5本次赛事竞赛通知和竞赛细则及其之后的更改。
02 竞赛项目
龙骨船：F20、F22、特里安及J80船型，其中俱乐部提供F20、F22四条，特里安两条，欢迎各船东踊跃参赛。
03 日程安排

09:30 报道（会员服务中心）
10:30 船长会议（西餐厅门口）
11:30 比赛开始(预计)

04 费用
4.1 会员：免费。
4.2非会员100元/人
4.3使用俱乐部船只且非会员须另付船只使用费300元，押金5000。
4.4 自带船只每条船300RMB
4.5午餐每人50RMB，午餐我们将会送至各参赛船上。
05 竞赛形式
5.1当天将会在船长会议上由总裁判长公布航行细则。
5.2比赛当天16:30不再发下一轮起航信号。
5.3各组别不满三条船的将不记录成绩。（特里安除外）
06 计分方法
采用帆船竞赛规则低分计分法。
07 安全事项
7.1各参赛船队及人员，人身和器材安全由各船队和人员自行负责，在水中参赛人员必须穿着有效救生衣否则赛事举办方将不负有任何责任。
7.2 比赛当天赛事举办方会在赛场附近布设临时泊位，以便外来俱乐部船只停靠和接应参赛人员上岸参加船长会议。
7.3 比赛当天可能会受天气等因素影响从而导致比赛的取消以及延迟，组委会保留以上权利，如有参赛选手发生危害他人或自身安全的行为，组委会有权取消其比赛资格。
08 无线电通讯
8.1参加龙骨船的选手须自备VHF对讲机，竞赛期间竞赛组委会官方频道为VHF75频道。
8.2若无VHF对讲机当日可向组委会租用，押金1000租金100。
09 免责声明与保险
参赛选手自己承担参赛的风险和责任。见规则RRS4-决定参赛。组委会不对赛事期间可能发生的任何人员伤亡，器材损坏和丢失责任。选手报名参赛，即视为知晓并接受赛事规程及赛事相关规定。
10 备注

01 Rules
1.1 The regatta will be governed by the rules defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing(RRS) 2017- 2020.
1.2 Please abide by club membership regulations.
1.3 Any change of the racing rules or special requirement for the race will be announced at skippers’ briefing.
1.4 If there is a conflict between languages the Chinese text will take precedence.
02 Boat Types
Keelboats: F20, F22, Red Keelboat and J80. The club provides 4 F20/22s and 2 Red Keelboats.
All Keelboat owners and Club approved skippers are welcome to enter their boat / SYC Charter boat into the Regatta Series.

04 Fee
4.1 Members: free.
4.2 Non-members：100RMB
4.3 Non-members to sail on club owned keelboats: 300RMB entry fee per boat; 5000RMB deposit per boat.
4.4 Non-member boat owner: 300RMB/boat.
4.5 Lunch: 50RMB/person. Please book lunch in advance if needed. We may send food to boats.
05 Racing Rules
5.1 The Sailing Instructions will be given out at the skippers’ briefing.
5.2 The latest time for sending out warning signal for next race is 16:30.
5.3 Result of class that has less than 3 boats won’t be recorded. (Except for Red Keelboat)
06 Scoring
The Low Point System will apply.
07 Safety
7.1 The participants of this regatta should take their own responsibilities about personal safety and equipment safety. Competitor shall wear personal floatation devices at all times while afloat.
7.2 On race day, the club will arrange a temporary berth for receiving non-club boats.
7.3 The organizing committee may reserve the above rights, if
the Racing be canceled or delayed becaused of the weather or any other factors.the organizing committee has the right to cancel its competition qualification if the contestants occur harm to others or their own safety behavior,
08 Radio Communication
8.1 Competitors should bring their own VHF radios, the official channel for the regatta is VHF 75.
8.2 VHF radios can be chartered from the club. The chartering fee is 100RMB and the deposit is 1000RMB.
09 Disclaimer and Liability
The Shanghai Yacht Club and Resort will not accept any responsibility for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the Regatta. All competitors will participate at their own risk. See RRS Rule 4,Decision to Race.The contestants are deemed to be aware of and accept the relevant rules and tournament rules.
10 Remarks
10.1 We only accept two-dimensional code enrollment;
10.2 The captain of the self-team registration for the fleet responsible person;
10.3 Those who do not have the ability to compete, can follow the experience of the boat veteran entry or to the SYC in advance to apply for a coach.
10.4 Non-club vessel entry, please contact us in advance to confirm. If necessary, we will be in the vicinity of the stadium to set up temporary berths, so that staff should go ashore to participate in the pre-match meeting;
10.5 For lunch, please make an appointment when registering.
