2017上海美帆春季龙骨船系列赛竞赛通知 (4月2日)

1.1比赛遵循国际帆联2017-2020国际帆船竞赛规则（RRS）所撰述的帆船竞赛规则

1.2需遵循俱乐部会员相关规则

1.3相关竞赛规则的更改和比赛的特殊要求，以4月2日船长会议告知为准。

1.4因规则语言版本引起的争议，则以中文版本内容为主。

1.5本次赛事竞赛通知和竞赛细则及其之后的更改。

2.1龙骨船：F20、F22、特里安及J80船型，其中俱乐部提供F20、F22四条，特里安两条，欢迎各船东踊跃参赛。

4.1 请至邮件或电话报名，截止时间4月1日，接受现场报名。

4.2 自行组队报名的船长为船队责任人。
4.3 不具备比赛能力者，可跟随有驾船经验的老手们参赛或向美帆俱乐部事先提出申请配备教练。
4.4 非俱乐部船只参赛，请提前联系确认。必要时我们会在赛场附近布设临时泊位，以便接应人员上岸参加赛前会议。

4.5 如需午餐请在报名时预约

5.1  会员：免费。

5.2  非会员：100元/人。

5.3 使用俱乐部龙骨船且非会员的每条船300RMB，押金5000RMB。

5.4 会员船东免费。携带非会员朋友（驾驶会员船东的帆船）：每条300元

5.5 非会员船东：每条船300RMB.

5.6 午餐每人50RMB，午餐我们将会送至各参赛船上。

6.1当天将会在船长会议上由总裁判长公布航行细则。

6.2比赛当天16:30不再发下一轮起航信号。

6.3 各组别不满三条船的将不记录成绩。（特里安除外）

采用帆船竞赛规则低分计分法。

8.1各参赛船队及人员，人身和器材安全由各船队和人员自行负责，参赛人员必须穿着有效救生衣否则赛事举办方将不负有任何责任。

8.2 比赛当天赛事举办方会在赛场附近布设临时泊位，以便外来俱乐部船只停靠和接应参赛人员上岸参加船长会议。

9.1参加龙骨船的选手须自备VHF对讲机，竞赛期间竞赛组委会官方频道为VHF75频道。

9.2若无VHF对讲机当日可向组委会租用，押金1000租金100。

参赛选手自己承担参赛的风险和责任。见规则RRS4-决定参赛。组委会不对赛事期间可能发生的任何人员伤亡，器材损坏和丢失责任。

1.1     The regatta will be governed by the rules defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing(RRS) 2017- 2020.

1.2     Please abide by club membership regulations.

1.3     Any change of the racing rules or special requirement for the race will be announced at skippers’ briefing.

1.4     If there is a conflict between languages the Chinese text will take precedence.

2.1     Keelboats: F20, F22, Red Keelboat and J80. The club provides 4 F20/22s and 2 Red Keelboats.

All Keelboat owners and Club approved skippers are welcome to enter their boat / SYC Charter boat into the Regatta Series.

4.1     Please sign up through e-mail or phone. The deadline is Apr. 1st. In principle, Entries on the day may be accepted by the Race Committee

4.2     Teams will be entered by the competitors themselves. The skipper is responsible for his own Crew.

4.3     For those who is not experienced enough to race, he/she can join the team with more experienced sailors, or apply for a coach of SYC in advance.

4.4     If a non-club / members boat is to join the regatta, please contact the club in advance to confirm your registration and entry. If necessary, the club will arrange a temporary berth for relevant participants come on shore to attend skippers’ briefing.

4.5     Please book lunch when signing up if needed

5.1     Members: free.

5.2     Non-members：100RMB

5.3     Non-members to sail on club owned keelboats: 300RMB entry fee per boat; 5000RMB deposit per boat.

5.4     Member boat owners are free of charge. If non-member friends are to sail the boat, the fee is 300RMB/boat.

5.5    Non-member boat owner: 300RMB/boat

5.6     Lunch: 50RMB/person. Please book lunch in advance if needed. We may send food to boats.

6.1     The Sailing Instructions will be given out at the skippers’ briefing.

6.2     The latest time for sending out warning signal for next race is 16:30.

6.3     Result of class that has less than 3 boats won’t be recorded. (Except for Red Keelboat)

The Low Point System will apply.

8.1     The participants of this regatta should take their own responsibilities about personal safety and equipment safety. Competitor shall wear personal floatation devices at all times while afloat.

8.2     On race day, the club will arrange a temporary berth for receiving non-club boats.

9.1     Competitors should bring their own VHF radios, the official channel for the regatta is VHF 75.

9.2     VHF radios can be chartered from the club. The chartering fee is 100RMB and the deposit is 1000RMB.

Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, Decision to Race. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
