On the 28th April-1st May,Shanghai Yacht Club and Resort will host the 3rd Meisha Cup CYA Youth Sailing League,which will be the first of 5 events taking place at some of China's Top Sailing Clubs in the country.The CYA(Chinese Yachting Association) will be the main sponsor and will alongside the Shanghai Sports Federation ,Shanghai Qingpu Sports Federation,Shanghai Yacht Club and SYC Sports Management at the organizing Authorities.
At this event,167 sailors from 19 clubs around the country will compete on the Dianshan Lake.This year,the fleets will become bigger and more competitive with a record number of entries untill now,the bigger fleets relect the rapid development of the sport of sailing which is full of wisdom and challenge.At the event,we will use three kind of boats:OP,Topper,Bytecll.The diversification of ship use reflects the individuality and diversity of the current development of teenage sailing.

2016 Event Moments
For 12 years,Shanghai Yacht Club and Resort has been committed to the popularity of the sport of sailing.SYC hosts a lot of sailing events such like the Meisha Cup CYA Youth Sailing League .Meanwhile, SYC makes a great efforts to carry out the youth sailing training work.The professional sailing team trained by SYC won the success of the sailing competition at home and abroad.With the mature training model,SYC set up junior classes,advanced classes and race trainings.After the system training ,the players will master the professional skills of sailing gradually.There have been a great number of players won the awards in the national sailing competition untill now.
