1.竞赛规则
1.1 本赛事执行《2017-2020年国际帆船竞赛规则(RRS)》所列规则。
1.2竞赛通知与航行细则有冲突时，以航行细则为准; 航行细则在报到时领取。
1.3 规则文字表述有歧义时以中文优先。
1.4 组委会有权对本次赛事竞赛通知和竞赛细则更改
2.广告
赛事期间参加选手在船上或船员身上展示的广告必须符合国际帆联规则20。如有需要参赛船只可能会被要求展示主办方选择提供的广告。
3.竞赛形式、级别
3.1 竞赛场地：俱乐部外湖水域，场地大小根据当天的风力大小与天气情况由竞赛委员会决定。
3.2 竞赛级别：Topaz、Topper、激光、Weta
3.3 航线安排：主要布标为迎顺风航线，三角绕标航线，平行四边形航线，具体航线的长短根据当天的风力与当天天气情况由竞赛委员会通知决定。
4.竞赛组别、项目
4.1 竞赛项目：场地赛
注：选手如有需要请自行准备比赛装备，如帆船手套、遮阳帽、速干衣、太阳眼镜。
5.日程安排
注：比赛当天15:30后将不发起航信号
6.费用
6.1 报名费：会员（含船东会员）免报名费，非会员100RMB/人，
6.2 船只费用：会员可免费借用俱乐部船只（需提前预约），非会员借用俱乐部船只需另付1000RMB船只押金。
6.3 午餐：50RMB /人（需提前预定）
7.计分规则
7.1 计分按帆船低分领先规则，第一名记1分，第二名记2分，第三名3分以此类推。
7.2 小帆船A组将根据组委会制定的系数进行算分。
7.3 各参赛组别不满三条船将不记录成绩。
8.奖项
本次比赛不设奖金，每个组别的前三名将会颁发奖牌。
9.辅助船
辅助船应该保持与竞赛区域的距离，从第一声警告信号一直到所有船只已经完成比赛，除非应竞赛委员会要求执行救援任务。
10.安全事项
10.1 各参赛人员，人身和器材安全自行负责，参赛人员必须穿着有效救生衣否则赛事举办方将不负有任何责任。
10.2 若比赛当天的风力达到或者超过平均风速12节，组委会有权取消或暂停某些组别乃至整个组别的比赛。组委会保留因天气原因缩短、延迟、或取消比赛的权利，如有参赛人员发生危害他人或自身安全的行为，组委会有权取消其比赛资格。
11.免责声明
参赛选手自己承担参赛的风险和责任。见规则RRS4-决定参赛。组委会不对赛事期间可能发生的任何人员伤亡，器材损坏和丢失责任。选手报名参赛，即视为知晓并接受赛事规程及赛事相关规定。
12.保险
12.1 所有参赛选手在赛事期间必须持有相应的不低于50万的个人意外伤害险否则组委会将不负任何责任。

本次赛事活动当天还将会举办美帆公园派对为广大上海市民及帆船爱好者提供欢快活动。
住宿
我们鼓励大家扎营，但同时在活动期间俱乐部也提供小木屋与湖边别墅的住宿。
活动
届时将会有美食摊位，儿童游戏，彩绘，现场音乐，晚间电影，篝火表演及各种娱乐活动贯穿一个整天直到夜里。

SYC PARTY IN THE PARK REGATTA
NOTICE OF RACE
1. ORGANIZING AUTHORITY
Hosted by: Shanghai Mu, Shanghai Sports Federation
Co-hosted by: Sports Bureau of Qingpu District, Shanghai Yacht Club
Operated by: SYC Sports Management Co., Ltd.
2.RULES
2.1.The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing 2017 to 2020.
2.2.If there is any conflict between NOR and SI, the SI shall take priority. SIs will be given at registration.
2.3.If there is a conflict between language Chinese shall take priority.
2.4.The OA has the right to change the NOR and SI before the Race
3.ADVERTISING
Competitors advertising displayed on boats and / or on crew wear during the event shall be entirely in accordance with ISAF Regulation 20. Boats may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the organizing authority.
4. FORM OF RACE
4.1Courses: The detail of the course will be determined by the race committee according to the weather and wind condition on the race day.
4.2Classes: Topaz, Topper, Laser, Weta
4.3Competitors will sail courses as described at the Race Briefing each race day. These will consist of windward / leeward, trapezoid or other geometrical courses.
5.DIVISIONS
*Please prepare your own sailing equipment, such as sailing gloves, hat, quick-dry clothes, sun glasses, etc.
6.SCHEDULE
7.FEE
7.1Entry fee: members: free; non-members: 100 RMB/person
7.2Boat chartering fee: members: free; non-members: 1000 RMB deposit
7.3Lunch: 50 RMB/person (need to book in advance)
8.SCORING
8.1 The Low Point System will apply.
8.2 Division A will race on SYC club handicap rating system.
8.3 At least 3 boats can form a race.
9. PRIZE
Prizes and trophies will be awarded to 1st – 3rd places of each division.
10.SUPPORT BOATS
Support boats shall remain clear of the racing area from the first warning signal for a race until all boats in that race have finished, unless carrying out rescue duties at the request of the Race Committee.
11.SAFETY
11.1.The participants of this regatta should take their own responsibilities about personal safety and equipment safety. Competitor shall wear personal floatation devices at all times while afloat.
11.2. If the average wind speed is over 12 knots on the race day, the OA reserves the right to shorten, postpone or cancel the race of certain divisions or the entire regatta.
12.DISCLAIMER of LIABILITY
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See Rule 4, Decision to Race. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
13.INSURANCE
Competitors should satisfy themselves that they have adequate personal and third party insurance for the duration of the event.

14.FURTHER INFORMATION
This event is all about having fun with the sailing and Shanghai community. The OA (Organizing Authority) therefore request that all sailors and participants will take part in “FANCY DRESS”, to add to the spirit of the occasion, with the first themed event of the Spring Series being a PIRATE THEME. Although this is not mandatory that everyone wears “Fancy Dress”, your efforts will be much appreciated.
Accommodation - Camping is the aim of this event, but we also have our luxury lakeside cabins and 2 villas available to rent over the weekend.
Events and Activities - During the weekend, there will be food vendors, kids’ games, face painting, live music and entertainment, late night movies, bonfires, BBQS and loads of other things going on through the day and late into the night.
