1.1 比赛遵循国际帆联2017-2020国际帆船竞赛规则（RRS）所撰述的帆船竞赛规则

1.3 相关竞赛规则的更改和比赛的特殊要求，以4月16日船长会议告知为准。

2.1 本次赛事对所有下面表格所列出的所有级别开放。
2.2 俱乐部提供单人和双人的小帆船租借（联系俱乐部借船）。

6.1 具体的比赛航线将在比赛日当天的会议上确认。
6.2 如果比赛的航线有变化，将会通过起点船上的信号旗进行通知。
7.1 请至邮件或电话报名，截止时间4月16日当天，原则上不接受现场报名，在比赛日之前向组委会报名的方可记录比赛成绩。
7.2 如需午餐请在报名时预约。
8.1 会员：免费。
8.2 非会员：100/人
8.3 使用俱乐部船只的押金1000
8.4 午餐50/人，
9.1 当天将会在船长会议上由总裁判长公布航行细则。
9.2 比赛当天16:30不再发下一轮起航信号。
9.3 各参赛组别不满三条船的将不记录成绩
9.4 由于比赛当天天气等不可抗拒的因素的影响，赛事组委会有权取消比赛。
10.1 采用帆船竞赛规则低分计分法。
10.2 在系列赛中，若选手完成了超过6场比赛，将去掉一场最差成绩。
10.3 在系列赛中，若选手完成了超过9场比赛，将去掉两场最差成绩。
11.1各参赛船队及人员，人身和器材安全由各船队和人员自行负责，参赛人员必须穿着有效救生衣方可下水参赛否则赛事举办方将不负有任何责任。
在最后一个比赛日的比赛结束之后，将会举行颁奖仪式。我们会为参与者组织烧烤和露营。
每个级别的前三名将会在颁奖仪式上获得奖励。
参赛选手自己承担参赛的风险和责任。见规则RRS4-决定参赛。组委会不对赛事期间可能发生的任何人员伤亡，器材损坏和丢失责任。

1.1 The regatta will be governed by the rules defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing(RRS) 2017- 2020.
1.2 Please abide by club membership Rules and Regulations.
1.3 Any change of the racing rules or special requirements for the race, will be announced at skippers’ briefing each day of Racing.
1.4 If there is a conflict between languages the Chinese text will take precedence.
2.1 The Regatta is open to all classes of Dinghies, as stated below in our class schedule.
2.2 There are Single handed and Doubled Handed Racing boats available. (Contact the Club to book your charter Boat.

Race Day 2 -April 16th , Sunday, 2017

6.1 The Courses will be confirmed and discussed at the Race Briefing each Race Day.
6.2 Signals will be used from aboard the Committee Boat if courses change throughout the day.
7.1 Please sign up through e-mail or phone. The deadline is Apr. 16th. Entries on the day may be accepted by the Race Committee.
7.2 Please book lunch when signing up if needed.
8.1 Members: free.
8.2 Non-members: 100 RMB/person.
8.3 The deposit for chartering a club dinghy is 1000 RMB.
8.4 Lunch: 50RMB/person. Please book lunch in advance if needed.
9.1 The Sailing Instructions will be given out at the skippers’ briefing.
9.2 The latest time for sending out warning signal for next race is 16:30.
9.3 At least 3 boats are needed to form a race.
9.4 The race committee reserves the right to cancel the race for any reason.
10.1 Class Racing - The Low Point System will apply.
10.2 If more than 6 Races are completed in the Series, you will be given 1 Discard.
10.3 If More than 9 Races are completed in the Series, you will be given 2 Discards.
The participants of this regatta should take their own responsibilities about personal safety and equipment safety. Competitor must wear personal floatation devices at all times while afloat.
Prize-Giving will take place at the Club on the final race day, after Racing has finished. We will organize a social BBQ and camping night for participants to join in and stay at the Club on this day.
Prizes and trophies will be awarded at the final prize Giving Party for boats who finish 1st – 3rd place for each class / division.
14.1 The Shanghai Yacht Club and Resort will not accept any responsibility for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during , or after the Regatta.
14.2 All competitors will participate at their own risk. See RRS Rule 4 , Decision to Race.
